Home help designed for independent living, without needing a different person for every small task.
Give them one number to call. Offer authorized family contact, visit notes, photo reports where appropriate, significant-issue notification, and service history.
Scheduled walkthroughs, temperature/humidity records, appliance visible checks, refrigerator/freezer temperature, visible leaks, filters, photo reports, and coordination if service is needed.
If a task requires licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigerant, structural, roofing, or fire-alarm work: STOP AND COORDINATE A PROPERLY LICENSED CONTRACTOR.
Membership does not mean unlimited free appliance repairs. Members receive included inspections/maintenance defined by plan, priority scheduling, and member pricing on additional repair work. Parts and major repairs are separate unless expressly included.

We create a digital home record covering your appliances, model/serial numbers, A/C filter sizes, smoke-detector locations, washer-hose condition, dryer-vent condition, visible maintenance needs, homeowner priorities, and photos where appropriate.
